Adults: 18 + Teens: 13 - 17 Things we can talk about: grief, loss and palliative or end-of-life care, anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder) difficulties with developmental transitions, family struggles, parenting, sleep, work stress, self-esteem, LGBTQ2, and gender identity. I also work with therapists who want to explore their own stuff and the things that might come up for them when talking to clients.
I have not worked with children in individual therapy so my recommendation is to look for someone who does. I would be able to help with people 13 years old and up. Get in touch if you have questions.
